Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cullen’s Babyland.  In the event that you are not satisfied, any unused stock item may be returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus all shipping costs.  If the item was shipped using a free or flat rate shipping promotion, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.  Furniture, Car Seats, Personalized items and special orders are not returnable.

Damaged Goods:

If the shipping container is visibly damaged, the condition must be noted on delivery receipt at time of delivery by receiver and the delivery person.  Carton damage does NOT constitute product damage. If the carton containing your order is damaged, the receiver and delivery person are to inspect the product for any product damage. If any, this is to be noted on the delivery receipt before delivery is accepted.  If this is the case, please notify Cullen’s Babyland immediately as well.

 

Before Returning Merchandise Please Note The Following

If your merchandise arrived damage, please call us at (225)927-9478 within 24 hours of receipt.

Use the original box or a sturdy substitute to ship items.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange. Items must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 25% restocking fee for items that do not meet these conditions.

C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection.

Furniture, breast pumps, breast feeding accessories, bottles, potty seats, thermometers, diapers, intimate apparel and related supplies cannot be returned.

Shipping fees and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is found to be defective.

 

How to Return or Exchange Items

  1. Please contact Cullen’s Babyland prior to returning the item at 225-927-9478. You will need to provide the item description, order number and date.

Note: You can find the contact information on the packing slip that accompanied your order.

  1. Wrap the package securely, using the original packing material if possible and ship to

Also, you can simply bring the item and packing slip to either Cullen's Babyland Locations to exchange it or obtain a refund.

  1. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment and use a carrier (such as UPS) that provides shipment tracking information. Cullen’s Babyland cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
  2. Once we have received and processed the return, we will issue a refund for the return. Credits to credit cards should appear on the purchaser's credit card statement within 5-7 days.

 

Special Orders

Special ordered products ordered specifically for the customer are not returnable.

Customized items including personalized, custom made/sized and fabric yardage may not be returned or exchanged.
