Care Instructions
Front load washing machine is recommended.
Machine wash using mild liquid detergent, delicate cycle, 30°C (65°F - 85°F). Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low on delicate cycle. While drying pillow, throw a sneaker or tennis ball (wrapped in a pillow case) in the dryer to help the pillow keep its shape. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

With the firm foam insert removed, hold the support with the lesser filled side down. Squeeze the support width wise moving fiber from one side to the other. Put in dryer with tennis balls to help further fluff
